Cosira One

‘Cosira One’ is an approach closely aligned to the ideals and ethos informing the ‘Cosira Way’ – that is, to promote a daily culture and operational practice of excellence within the organisation.

As the external delivery mechanism of this approach, ‘Cosira One’ is a system whereby key account managers, who are also operationally product experts in their field, are solely designated to key clients, effectively offering one single point of contact between the client and Cosira.

This ‘single point of contact’ way of working effectively extends the original vision of Cosira’s founder, John da Silva Senior, whose conviction that an entrepreneurial, personalised, agile approach was needed in the South African steel fabrication and construction industry, set the company on a path of highly successful, sustained growth from 1988 to the present.
