Infrastructural development across Africa has become a major focus of many governments.  Extending and improving telecommunication structures to allow increasing numbers of citizens to have access to basic needs, including telecommunications, has put pressure on a number of suppliers to ensure that current solutions are upgraded to accomodate these requirements.
